Additional Details

How we priced
  • We priced every window at TSS and BTG with its own measurements, mount, control and valance.
  • Neither makes a dual roller, so each dual window is two single rollers with one fabric-wrapped valance, on the front shade.
  • Single windows have a cassette (at TSS, its square metal valance, since it sells no cassette), or an open roll in the kitchen, as in your design.
  • Fabrics: each vendor's nearest equivalent, mid-range to most expensive. Noori uses the high-end fabrics in your design.
  • Hubs and remotes at TSS and BTG: 2 hubs, two 15-channel remotes for the open plan, three 5-channel remotes for the bedrooms, as in your Noori design.
  • Website prices from October 6 and 7, 2026, after current promotions: 25% off motorized shades at TSS, 25% off at BTG. Noori's 40% discount is in your design price.
  • Family Room windows 1 and 2 are under 21 inches, too narrow for a motor, so all three are priced with a chain there.
